Week starting 25/03/24

This week I started to earn more about the band who the album cover was for, Poet's Corner. This involved setting up and recording an audio-only podcast where I interviewed the band as a whole and we talked about their inspirations, personalities, history and style. This helped me tremendously as it showed what direction my experimentation and further research needed to go in and therefore helped me better visualise what a finished product would look like. We used the studio in college to record the podcast, and I think it went very well. I had questions prepared just in case i ran out of things to say, but luckily one I got going all the questions i needed answering came very naturally to me. I will admit though, there was a lack of creative direction on the band's part leaving me to make many creative choices i would otherwise like to leave to the client to save time due to revisions.
