Week starting 11/03/24

This week, I built my website and made sure that I learned from my previous mistakes with my first portfolio website, and added a more acessible hub in my home page to allow for efficient and straight to the point navigation. I also made sure it was aesthetically cohesive an featured a limited but effective colour scheme to help certain parts of the website stand out. In my previous portfolio, it was easy to get lost and frustrated with the navigation system, so I put an emphasis on making sure that my website design didnt hinder my project as a whole. Towards the end of the week I started my research on popular album covers, but didnt get very far. I created my website using Wix, and focused on making it simplistic and modular (which I think is instrumental in a portfolio).To achive this, I tried to use very basic design methods, using only one type of widget design and keeping movement and hyperlinks to a minimum.
