For this project, I might have to learn new skills. This could include increased knowledge in photo editing, and getting more comfortable with editing photos and knowing what a good outcome looks like.  Another element of this could be photography itself, as although I do photography in my spare time, shooting using a professional camera and the precautions that come along with it are completely new to me. For this project I would have to learn new techniques in photography and deepening my understanding of the basics, allowing me to get more thoughtful and professional shots - and get them more often. As I mentioned earlier, I think that precautions are needed when using an expensive and bulky camera. I need to get more comfortable using one casually to understand what to do and what not to do when handling a camera that might not be obvious.

I also think that working on my teamwork and overall communication would be instrumental in creating a better result and a smoother and more enjoyable experience. This is due to the project requiring that I collaborate with members of a band, and that I understand what their creative vision and audience looks like. I have been building on my teamwork for the majority of the year and trying to collaborate and critique my peers whenever it is needed. To develop this skill further, I have been collaborating with people on podcasts as a part of my analysis. This has allowed me to develop and present my ideas for my project in a more professional and work-oriented environment and hear about other people’s projects and their own creative processes and analysis, which has been greatly beneficial in helping me reflect on my own.
